Holiday
September 25, 2009Yes, dear readers, I am leaving for sunnier climes. On Tuesday I’ll be off to Egypt with Ally, my parents, my brother and his girlfriend, for a week of sun, sea and pyramids…or something like that. I’ve always wanted to go to Egypt, and I haven’t been on a holiday for a few years, so I’m really looking forward to it.
Needless to say, the running will be taking a back seat next week. I had been thinking about taking my trainers just in case I fancied a run but that all depends on whether there’s any room left in my suitcase once I’ve packed everything else…and that’s pretty unlikely! Instead I’ll be swapping the pavement for the sea and doing a fair amount of swimming and snorkeling.
I’ll post on Monday, and will be back next Tuesday but I probably won’t post again until Friday 9th.
